Orlando obtained several degrees, including a Master of Laws (LL.M.) with a concentration on Tax laws from the University of Houston Law Center, a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance from the University of Houston-Victoria, a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Accounting from the University of Houston-Downtown, and an Associate (A.A.) in Business Administration from Eastfield College in Dallas, Texas. He also obtained his J.D. and Pre-Law degrees from the University of Cordilleras.
